Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Chatru Pede Wala, we are committed to delivering your order with the best quality packaging and within the promised time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays.

To ensure that your sweets reach you fresh and safe, we primarily ship through our trusted logistics partner Delhivery.

In case Delhivery service is not available at your location, we will dispatch your order through Government Registered Speed Post / India Post.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
 

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order.

  • Most orders are delivered within 7–8 working days.

  • Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout.

  • In rare cases, courier delays may occur. In such scenarios, we escalate the issue with Delhivery (or the logistics partner).

  • If the parcel is not delivered within 30 days of escalation, we will initiate a full refund for prepaid orders.

     

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you receive your order in damaged or tampered packaging, kindly refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person.

Please mention your Order ID while contacting us. We will ensure a replacement is sent at no extra cost, provided the original packaging and product tags are intact.


What if the parcel is marked delivered but not received?

 

  • If your parcel is marked delivered by Delhivery but not received by you, you must raise a claim within 45 days from the delivery status date.

  • Any claims made after 45 days will not be entertained.

     

Cancellations
 

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests may attract shipping charges.

  • Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

     

Return to Origin (RTO) / Non-Acceptance of Parcel

To avoid RTO cases when you are unavailable or out of town, please inform us in advance by writing to purohitchatrupedewala@gmail.com or calling us at +91 97549 09855.

As per courier company policies, if a parcel is returned (RTO) due to non-acceptance, wrong address, or unavailability, our company has to bear both forward and return charges.

  • In such cases, no refund will be issued.

  • In special cases, we may issue a refund after deducting forward & RTO charges, which may vary from order to order.

  • Alternatively, customers may repay shipping charges, and we will resend the product.
     

Note: Shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.


Legal Jurisdiction
The final jurisdiction for any legal matters related to Chatru Pede Wala will be at Harda, Madhya Pradesh.
